sometimes JLE does not react when after initiating the svn update

Description

I suppose it has something to do with the new svn client asking for the password of your gnome keyring on console.

In this case we have to display a popup asking for the password that shell be forwarded to the console.

Current workaround: update once manually to open the keyring/wallet. Then updating from JLE works again.

Fixed bug, that svn was not called with --non-interactive.
